3. Day 3 — Gulmarg excursion: build the day around your confirmed Gondola ticket if you choose the ride, then return to Srinagar. Follow the official Gondola booking steps before fixing this day.
4. Day 4 — Travel to Pahalgam: check in and leave time to settle in rather than scheduling every excursion on arrival.
5. Day 5 — Pahalgam: choose local outings according to your group's pace. Ask which routes need separate local transport and what it costs.
6. Day 6 — Return to Srinagar: keep the afternoon for rest or any missed city activity, with the final night near your departure arrangements.
7. Day 7 — Departure: reserve enough time for the station or airport transfer.

This suggested sequence has four Srinagar nights and two Pahalgam nights. If Sonamarg is a priority, discuss an extra day or a different route instead of squeezing it into an already full transfer day.
