A self-drive enquiry needs more preparation than a chauffeur-driven cab request. Tell us your dates, pickup and return locations, driving experience and intended route. Vehicle availability, driver eligibility and the rental agreement must be checked with the provider before any booking can be confirmed.
Read the rental agreement first
Ask for the licence and identity requirements, security deposit, fuel policy, mileage allowance, damage liability and roadside support terms. Confirm permitted destinations in writing, including any proposed Ladakh travel. Do not assume a vehicle may enter every route or that insurance covers every situation. If a suitable self-drive option cannot be confirmed, compare a chauffeur-driven itinerary.
How to request an accurate quote
Send pickup and drop addresses, dates, the complete daily route, traveller ages where relevant and luggage count. Ask whether fuel, driver allowance, tolls, parking and waiting are included. Keep any extra-distance or extra-hour charges in writing before the journey.
Availability and booking
Prices are quoted for your dates and requirements. An enquiry does not reserve inventory or confirm a supplier. If the requested option cannot be arranged, discuss a suitable alternative before making a payment; do not assume that an advertised category guarantees a particular vehicle, room or activity.
