For a railway pickup, send the train number, arrival date, station name and destination hotel. A request for Srinagar station should not be confused with a pickup from another Kashmir rail stop; the correct station is essential to a useful quote.
Make the meeting point clear
Confirm the driver contact and pickup location before arrival, plus the waiting allowance if the train is delayed. Tell us the passenger and bag count so a sedan, SUV or group vehicle can be checked. A station transfer does not include city sightseeing unless listed in the booking.
How to request an accurate quote
Send pickup and drop addresses, dates, the complete daily route, traveller ages where relevant and luggage count. Ask whether fuel, driver allowance, tolls, parking and waiting are included. Keep any extra-distance or extra-hour charges in writing before the journey.
Availability and booking
