Agree the deliverables
Confirm the session length, travel between locations, edited image count, delivery time and usage rights. Outfit changes, makeup, props, entry fees and transport may be separate. Ask permission before photographing people or restricted locations, and include a weather alternative for outdoor sessions.
How to request an accurate quote
Send your dates, guest count, accommodation preferences and any access or dietary requirements. We will check the requested arrangements and return a written quotation. Review the named services, total price, payment schedule and cancellation terms before confirming.
Availability and booking
Prices are quoted for your dates and requirements. An enquiry does not reserve inventory or confirm a supplier. If the requested option cannot be arranged, discuss a suitable alternative before making a payment; do not assume that an advertised category guarantees a particular vehicle, room or activity.
