Keep the route specific
Confirm rental eligibility, kilometre limits, fuel return rules and the deposit before payment. Ask whether outstation travel is allowed and which routes are excluded by the agreement. Record existing damage at handover and obtain a written return inspection so there is a clear record of the rental.
How to request an accurate quote
Send pickup and drop addresses, dates, the complete daily route, traveller ages where relevant and luggage count. Ask whether fuel, driver allowance, tolls, parking and waiting are included. Keep any extra-distance or extra-hour charges in writing before the journey.
