Your experience, thoughtfully planned
A minibus can keep a larger group together, but the correct choice depends on luggage, road access and where you are staying. Share the final headcount, rooming plan and daily route before asking for a vehicle quote. Hotel entrances and narrow pickup lanes may require a separate meeting point.
Group travel details that matter
Ask for the seating plan, luggage arrangement and whether the quoted seats exclude the driver. Plan boarding time and regular breaks. A minibus transfer to a resort does not automatically include every local sightseeing sector; identify any smaller-vehicle transfers in the quotation.
How to request an accurate quote
Send pickup and drop addresses, dates, the complete daily route, traveller ages where relevant and luggage count. Ask whether fuel, driver allowance, tolls, parking and waiting are included. Keep any extra-distance or extra-hour charges in writing before the journey.
Availability and booking
Prices are quoted for your dates and requirements. An enquiry does not reserve inventory or confirm a supplier. If the requested option cannot be arranged, discuss a suitable alternative before making a payment; do not assume that an advertised category guarantees a particular vehicle, room or activity.
