Give the team the suitcase count and any special boarding needs. A vehicle that seats the group may still need extra luggage arrangements. Confirm pickup access at your hotel and whether the driver’s seat is excluded from the stated passenger capacity.
How to request an accurate quote
Send pickup and drop addresses, dates, the complete daily route, traveller ages where relevant and luggage count. Ask whether fuel, driver allowance, tolls, parking and waiting are included. Keep any extra-distance or extra-hour charges in writing before the journey.
Availability and booking
