This proposed programme is tailored to your organisation’s agenda, arrival times and group size. Share your dates, headcount, room-sharing requirements, meal preferences and meeting setup so we can prepare a written proposal.

Accommodation, meeting space and activities are confirmed only after supplier availability checks. Travel times vary with weather, road conditions and traffic; we keep the schedule flexible rather than promise fixed excursion timings.

Suggested day-by-day itinerary

1. Arrive in Srinagar. Transfer to your selected hotel, settle in and hold a short team welcome over dinner.
2. Keep the morning for a team workshop at a pre-confirmed venue. After lunch, choose a gentle lakeside outing or a Mughal garden visit; a Shikara ride can be quoted separately.
3. Breakfast and a brief wrap-up session. Transfer to the airport with a buffer suited to your departure time.
