Suggested day-by-day itinerary

1. Arrive in Srinagar, check in and gather for a short welcome session.
2. Travel towards Sonamarg if roads and conditions permit. Enjoy the valley at a relaxed pace; glacier transport, pony rides and adventure activities are not assumed.
3. Hold a morning workshop or team reflection session at a confirmed venue. Spend the afternoon around Srinagar or choose a garden visit.
4. Check out and transfer for departure. If the Sonamarg road is unavailable, agree a Srinagar-based alternative before travel.
