Accommodation, meeting space and activities are confirmed only after supplier availability checks. Travel times vary with weather, road conditions and traffic; we keep the schedule flexible rather than promise fixed excursion timings.

Suggested day-by-day itinerary

1. Coordinate arrivals and hotel check-in. Conduct an organiser briefing and check the confirmed venue layout and equipment.
2. Dedicate the day to your conference agenda, including meal and refreshment breaks as quoted. An evening group dinner can be arranged.
3. Breakfast and departures. If flight timings allow, add a short lakefront visit without compromising the airport transfer buffer.
