This proposed programme is tailored to your organisation’s agenda, arrival times and group size. Share your dates, headcount, room-sharing requirements, meal preferences and meeting setup so we can prepare a written proposal.

Accommodation, meeting space and activities are confirmed only after supplier availability checks. Travel times vary with weather, road conditions and traffic; we keep the schedule flexible rather than promise fixed excursion timings.

Suggested day-by-day itinerary

1. Arrive in Srinagar and drive to Pahalgam if flight timing permits. Check in and keep the evening free for rest.
2. Run a half-day strategy session at a confirmed hotel venue. Follow with an easy local walk and informal discussion time.
3. Choose a leisure outing towards Aru or Betaab Valley, using locally required transport where applicable. Reserve the afternoon for action planning.
4. Return towards Srinagar for departure. Early flights may require a final night in Srinagar; adjust the plan before booking.
