Accommodation, meeting space and activities are confirmed only after supplier availability checks. Travel times vary with weather, road conditions and traffic; we keep the schedule flexible rather than promise fixed excursion timings.

Suggested day-by-day itinerary

1. Arrive in Srinagar and settle into your hotel. Meet the local coordinator and review the group plan.
2. Take a Gulmarg day excursion from Srinagar. Keep paid activities optional and allow a weather buffer.
3. Drive to Pahalgam and check in. Enjoy a relaxed evening by the valley rather than a packed sightseeing schedule.
4. Spend the morning exploring locally, with any valley taxis and entry fees agreed in advance. Return to Srinagar for the final night.
5. Breakfast and airport transfer. Share group feedback and complete any remaining travel coordination.
